JD-1 can be added to high temperature and low temperature MgO powder. For heaters with wattage loading 4-10W/cm2, there is no peak leakage current and the powder doesn’t turn black after dry burning.

JD-2 can be added to medium temperature MgO powder. For heaters with wattage loading 6-8W/cm2, For heaters with wattage loading 4-10W/cm2, there is no peak leakage current and the powder doesn’t turn black after dry burning.

Reference value for the use of this additive: Add 22-25kg of additive to 1000kg MgO powder, the leakage current in heating condition can be significantly improved, and the withstand voltage in heating condition can be increased by 400V to 500V.
